Title: He Was Catched
Author: Callisto
Format: Short story (10,670~)
Pros-Lib: yes
Slash/Gen: Slash
Pairing: Bodie/Doyle
Disclaimer: I do not own them. More's the pity.
Notes/Summary : A sequel to With a Dark Lantern, this was written for justacat's second Never Far Apart zine, which has now timed out. Summary details, etc, are under the cut. Hugs and kisses to izzie7 and ancastar for sterling beta duties, and to the one and only msmoat for making me see that less can truly be more.

Bodie’s lip curved, though his head didn’t turn from the television. Doyle waited a beat, then nudged his partner with a socked foot.

“If I open a tin of pineapple chunks, will you bugger off?”

“Stick a dollop of cream on top and I’ll run all the way, sunshine.”

I love this, particularly the first chapter which could stand alone easily and you posted some time before the zine was published. You called it "Consequences" I think and it IS brilliant (as the rest of the story).

Would you send me a copy for Proslib, please? It's kind of fiddly getting multi-part stories from LJ.

Delighted it's up for archiving!

Hugs
